A registered domain name is the website name and navigates customers to the site. Register the domain name through the web hosting company. GoDaddy is recommended as a registrar company for your domain name.

The hosting company provides FTP access information after the purchase of a hosting plan. (Note: We require the access information to set up the website; otherwise, it should be kept confidential)

Users must provide the written content and the following information to build the web pages.

· Web pages name (otherwise default names apply: Home, Health and Care, FAQ, For Sale, Contact Us)
· Write at least 300 words for each page. (The demo illustrates how the content is placed. Most required pages: Home, FAQ, Health and Care)
· The logo text is designed using the name of the website. (Provide us a name of your website)
· Provide up to 10 photographs to set up the slide show.

Petnax Breeder Website End User License Agreement
            This End User License Agreement (EULA) constitutes a legal agreement between you (user) and Petnax.com. Usage of the Petnax Breeder Website is offered on the condition of user acceptance of all terms, notices, and conditions outlined herein. Your use of the Petnax Breeder Website indicates your acceptance of this agreement.
            1. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
            1.1 Petnax.com respects your privacy and is committed to providing a safe online experience. This privacy statement applies to the Petnax Breeder Website and covers the collection and usage of personal data. Your usage of the Petnax Breeder Website constitutes consent to the data practices described in this statement.
            1.2 Petnax.com will collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, and email address.

            3. RESTRICTIONS
            3.1 You agree that you will not use the Petnax Breeder Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the terms of this EULA.
            3.2 You may not use the Petnax Breeder Website in any way that could disable, damage, overtax or otherwise impair the Petnax Breeder Website or interfere with another party’s usage and enjoyment of the Petnax Breeder Website.
            3.3 Unless additional licenses are purchased, usage of additional copies of Petnax Breeder Website is prohibited, even if the additional copies are located on the same domain and/or IP address.
            3.4 You are prohibited from selling, licensing, or distributing, in part or in full or as part of another program, the source code of the script contained in the Petnax Breeder Website.
            4. THE RIGHTS OF THE CUSTOMER
            4.1 Under the terms of this agreement, you are granted one non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to install and use a single copy of Petnax Breeder Website on a single IP address or domain name.
            5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
            5.1 Petnax.com will not be held responsible for:
            a) Any files uploaded that contain viruses, corrupted files, malware or any similar software that may impair or damage operation of the user’s server.
            b) Contests, surveys, or pyramid schemes conducted on the user’s website.
            5.2 Petnax.com does not endorse or control any content, messages or information contained in any portion of your website and disclaims any liability with regard to any actions or consequences that result from your activities
            5.3 Petnax.com claims no responsibility for the economic success or failure of your business and, therefore, is not responsible for business development, booming, slacking, recession, and/or bankruptcy.
            5.4 The opinions of managers and technical staff do not reflect the complete and official viewpoint and opinions of Petnax.com. Managers and technical staff do not have the authority to make such statements on the behalf of Petnax.com.
            5.5 To the greatest extent allowable by applicable law, in no event shall Petnax.com be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes damages for loss of use, data, or profits that stem from or are connected to the usage and performance of the Petnax Breeder Website or related services, the failure to provide such services or for any services, products, or information obtained from the Petnax Breeder Website or otherwise related to use of the Petnax Breeder Website, whether based on tort, contract, strict liability, negligence or otherwise.
            6. REFUNDS
            6.1. Petnax.com does not issue refunds after the program source code package has been accessed by the user with the Petnax license. In this event, under no circumstances is it possible to claim a full or partial refund.
            6.2 Petnax.com will issue refunds if refunds are not issued for server failure/problems, lack of features or in the event your server fails to meet the software requirements. Refunds are determined on a case by case basis and are only made once the technical staff has determined that the Petnax Breeder Website is not able to run on your server. Refunds will not be issued more than 1 month from date of purchase.
            7. CANCELLATION OF EULA
            7.1 Petnax.com reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time in the event of any violation of the terms, notices, and conditions of this agreement.
            8. SUPPORT
            8.1 Petnax.com does not offer free support services for products after they have been purchased. If users wish to make custom modifications to their websites, users must contact Petnax.com to receive an appraisal.
